Having a pretty good pre-wedding weekend!
I thought I’d be bored and lonely since Peter is in Denver on his bach party trip, but it’s been good! The girls at work threw me a bridal shower yesterday and I was so tired from a long week that I was good to go to bed early and watch tv. Today I spent the morning getting my wedding ducks in a row. Talked to our coordinator, ordered most of the alcohol, labeled all my stuff in my drop off box for the venue and cleaned the house a little. I got the animal sitters squared away and Amelia & Lainey came over! She did some laundry and we made meatloaf for dinner and had leftover cake and watched Disney movies. Tomorrow we’re going to take Lainey to Magic Kingdom for the day! Peter will be home before I get back from work Monday. Jealous he’s off until the Wednesday after the wedding. I only took 4 days off and I wish I’d taken more. But I used so much pto when I had the flu and I have such limited availability for all my meetings between this, the credit checks I had to do all last week and Thanksgiving break. At least I only have to work 4 days and then we’re on break. My last pain in the butt wedding chore is my table cards. I bought a template off Etsy and it’s not been great, every time I solve a formatting issue I find another one. I can’t get them to print without the stupid fold guides/corner markers. I’ve redone them like 4 times now and I can’t figure it out. I’m about to say screw it and just leave them as they are. Everything else is good though, so excited for wedding day!!!
