Envisioned 2020 Mission of Dr. Kalam & now that we are already in 2020, we are able to often see Online Workshops. However, Educating/ Learning Methodologies doesnt limit to children anymore but also adults due to regular upgrades in syllabus with the need in time. In the due course LMS has also emerged & evolved with an Interactive, Statistical & Librarian Interface approach providing working employees on the job training with a reducing learning curve. Looking at all these aspects this is a small effort in creating an Andragogy based, Instructional Designed e-Learning Module for LMS platform for a leading healthcare company.
