Getting ready to pasteurize wood chips for mushroom growing. I've had a little success growing them in coffee ground in bags. Time to try wood chips in tubs. These are Douglas Fir wood chips from @jennifernfarm There's some debate about whether they work as a growing medium for oyster mushrooms, but I've found forum posts that say they do, so I'm going to try it. Why not, right? I use my instant pot to pasteurize the spent coffee grounds, but these are going into the oven at 250F for an hour.
