Marvel is up it again! After seeing the success of a female Black Panther, female Immortal Hulk, female Thor and so on, now we get Elektra as Daredevil....I would have figured this job to be taken by Echo? A marketing ploy to sale as many books before years end or are we going to see some real lasting changes with Matt Murdock...I must say I love the design, but I prefer my protagonists to be female and I’m betting this is Marvel aiming at cutting losses as much money as possible before fiscal year end, because this pandemic has hit our industry much harder than many I speak with either recognize or want to admit. We are currently experiencing as many as 3000 deaths daily in the US due to Covid19; this is the equivalent of the death toll experienced the morning of 9/11/01 when tragedy struck NYC, except this is happening across the US everyday now, as the pandemic continues to ravage our country. I don’t want any publishers, stores, or the industry I love, to lose anymore than it already has.
