Beeâs POV
âMitchell, you said this movie wasnât scary!â, I protested, flicking a handful of popcorn at my roommate.Â
âIt isnât scary!â, he said, picking popcorn out of his hair â he deserved it.
âWell, it scared me!â, I replied, crossing my arms across my chest.Â
âYouâre so cute!â, he said, and patted my head like I was a dog. âIâm going to get more popcorn, since you threw it all at meâ, he said, and got up and went into the kitchen.Â
I took a seat back on the couch, and grabbed the TV remote, pausing the movie. I wasnât even sure what the movie was called, but it was unbearably gory, with constant jumpscares and ridiculous suspenseful music. It felt like every couple seconds someone was jumping out behind someone and stabbing them, or something like that.Â
Mitchell walked back in with a bowl of popcorn in hand, and sat down next to me. âWant some popcorn?â, he asked, and proceeded to throw a piece at me.Â
âMitchell! Stop it!â, I demanded, and threw popcorn back at him. He proceeded to dump the entire bowl on my head.Â
âAre you kidding me?! Thatâs such a waste!â, I exclaimed.Â
The movie was completely forgotten, as we spent the next 20 minutes cleaning up the popcorn mess.Â
After it had all been cleaned up, the room returned to itâs normal state, we both took our seats on the couch and decided to finish the movie.
// One hour later
Mitchell turned off the movie, it was finally over.Â
âAre you okay?â, he asked, noticing that I hadnât moved a muscle from my current position.Â
âYeahâŠjust kinda freaked out, okay, super freaked outâ, I confessed.Â
âAww, Beeeeâ, Mitchell cooed, and pulled me into a hug.Â
âDo you want to watch something like, not scary, to calm you down?â, he whispered into my shoulder, without releasing me from the hug.Â
âUmmâŠdepends what it is. Iâd rather just talk to youâ, I said shyly.Â
âOkay, ummâŠwhat do you want to talk about?â Mitchell said, pulling out of the hug, but not letting go of my arm.Â
I opened my mouth to speak, but Mitchell stopped me by pressing his lips against mine.Â
âI suck at giving adviceâŠhopefully that was a decent alternative to talkingâ, he said, and gave his typical cheeky smile.Â
âIt certainly wasâ, I assured him, before closing the gap between us once again.Â
tHE ENDÂ
omfg i had way too much fun writing this and its kinda short but i hope itâs still acceptable. hopefully i satisfied your feels to the necessary extent!!Â
