Ancient Greek terracotta statuette of a draped woman. Traces of pink on her clothing and of gilding on her diadem survive. The statuette may come from the polis of Myrina in western Anatolia, which was a major center of terracotta manufacture in the Hellenistic period. Artist unknown; 2nd cent. BCE. 29.2 cm (11.5 in) high. Now in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, NY, USA. Photo credit: Metropolitan Museum of Art.
