Felt pretty good today so I headed for the gym

locking in for summer (i ate one salad)
Had to squeeze some gym time in this morning. ππ½ββοΈ
It is real easy to get distracted with yard and house chores but I needed to get in some shoulder work.
There was not many people in here this morning. As you can guess, there is no waiting for equipment to open up. I started out riding the Bike to Nowhere. π
After riding, I did work on several machines to loosen up my rotator cuff. It was causing me some pain as I was trying to sleep last night.
Back home now and looking for some lunch.
