Clients will be notified by email if they are successful and invoices emailed in the normal way. The results will also be posted on our website. All of our staff are now working remotely from home, so will not be able to reply to telephone enquires concerning whether they have been successful in their bids. We will still be able to process payments through bank transfers only, at present time. Collections and deliveries will not be made until the government restrictions stopping free movement of the general public have been lifted. Summers Place Auctions will NOT be charging any storage fees for either bought or unsold lots during the current crisis. We have spoken to a number of our carriers and shippers all of whom are aiming to provide as comprehensive a service as possible, within any legal and logistical constraints.
