My therapist still doesn’t think it is impossible for me to be autistic, but the big major thing seems to be social struggles, and I am fine socially. It doesn’t even feel like masking besides if I’m in a mood episode hiding other symptoms. I am socially isolated and a bit weird if you get to know me, but I don’t dread having to interact with people casually. I quite enjoy being in public. I am not socially anxious. A crowd is fine, fun at times. The act of existing near people is not the same level of draining as interacting with people. Needing to ask an employee something is easy, if that turns into a conversation bring it on! I’m friendly!

#I do go home for lunch to be around No One but my coworkers do that too #just in their cars #my coworkers routinely say things like it is too peopley out #i am soooooo much more patient in public than how they describe #wurd up #social battery requires actually socializing #being in proximity to a stranger while we are both minding our own business is nothing #I have my headphones and phone #it costs practically nothing because i am in my own world #on the flip side existing near a person in public is often a satisfying experience and counts as my socialization for the weekend #I have public time quotas #I enjoy going places #I feel weird sometimes (often) but I am objectively weird #I say some apparently off the wall stuff but tbh it’s not that weird #like when talking about motorcyclists intentionally revving their obnoxiously loud bikes while they are waiting at the light #I said i hope they fall down NOT that I hope they crash #like in my mind it’s like saying i hope they step on a Lego #mildly inconvenienced #also they really don’t love ‘they might be dead’ as an answer #to why someone is not around #even if they were elderly it apparently isn’t nice to consider old people have a good chance of dying #statistically speaking #people always die so that is always a possibility

okay omg I just finished statistically speaking and I just have to tell you how GREAT it is and how much I loved it

the way you formatted it was SO SATISFYING. The story line had me hooked the whole time and the way you wrote all the characters was incredible too!! Don't even get me started on the smut because- DAMN I love how it wasn't involving around smut and yet you did great job writing it
