Static Box of Light | Niko & Emiline
After an enjoyable and comical day with Niko, the pair had now headed back to his place to get more food and watch a movie. Of course, this was all Niko’s idea but Emiline was really curious to know what his place was like. He made it sound so simplistic but she was sure there was more to it. She wondered if it was anything like hers. It certainly wouldn’t be now after having been here quite a while now, she’d dolled up the place to make it more ‘ homely’ at least to her standards anyways. The walk back felt a little awkward as they had not really spoken a huge deal but she shrugged it off as she knew Niko seemed to be the quiet type at times. She felt comfortable with Niko and really that was something that was a key value for her in a person.
Upon approaching his front door, Emiline looked the place up and down. Of course it was just a building on the outside and it was the inside that would count. “ Come on, Niko. Hurry up” she teased playfully. “ Before I freeze my tits off.” she rubbed her arms, edging a little closer to the door. The cold didn’t get to her much but her outfit was not exactly suitable for this weather and it had not helped that they had a brief 5 minute downpour on the way.
