So the last video of the day. Back accessory work. My grip isn't as good as it should be. So on all the pulling movements I used this huge Rogue Fitness V bar. The handles were a little bigger then a barbell. I think I could deadlift a lot more if I got my grip right. I try not to use wrist straps, used them today on pull ups because my hands were throbbing from all the other lifts. When you do any type of pulling movement, with the exception of deadlifts, don't be so focused on squeezing the bar, focus on pulling through with your elbows and contracting your Lats.
