I do write for all Hunter x Hunter characters, and I’m absolutely okay with writing wlw (I’m pan, sooooo 💅). Mlm is also completely fine, no discrimination in this house! :)

The only thing I’m not comfortable with is writing romance for minors like Killua or Gon. I might be okay with it in an AU where the reader is a child as well, or if they’re aged up, but I haven’t fully decided on that yet.

So yes, feel free to request any character you’d like! :)

I have read the manga—though I’m not fully done with it yet (I probably will be in a week or two), so that shouldn’t be an issue either.

“YOU WERE RAISED TO BELIEVE IN AN ANGEL, CORRECT? CONSIDER ME...THE OPPOSITE OF THAT.”

A spirit, a spirit, a spirit. “I REQUEST SOMETHING IN RETURN...YOUR SOUL.”

I shake my head...I feel rather fuzzy...and dizzy... I look at Host, as they walk out of the classroom. I follow behind them.

Something....odd happened, but I don’t want to worry Host too much with my thoughts. They probably weren’t that important anyway. Host makes their way down the hall, seemingly to where Susie went.

They turned their head to me slightly, to which I look at them in return. “…Are you…okay?” They mumbled, I feel rather startled by the sudden attention. Perhaps they saw how uncomfortable I looked.

‘Mhm, why ask?’

“I don’t know...you just...seem kind of tense.”

I pause, and look down. Host puts their hands into their pockets, they slightly look ahead. My face radiates how I feel, and I can’t help but think Host can read my entire expression.

“You can tell me.”

Host said, I put my hands behind my back and look down. I feel rather strange, I feel...like someone is watching us. It makes me feel uneasy.

Before I can say anything, Host abruptly stopped. I stop as well, and stare ahead. There she is, the mean girl. She stands with her back facing us both, it looked as if she was digging in her clothes for something. Susie then pulled out a white...stick? 

The Dinosaur puts the strange object up to her mouth, before opening her jaw and completely consuming it whole. Host and I blink in disbelief and glance at one another. I am very unsure of what to do, how should we react?

Before either of us could really think of how to react, or even address what happened. Susie turned around, of course, she noticed Host standing a few feet away from her. She seemed surprised to see them, since she didn’t know they were watching her.

Her surprised expression quickly changes however, and she smirked. “…Kris…didn’t see ya there.” Susie said, she let out a small huff. Smoke exhaled from her nostrils as she did that. She turned to a side view, before continuing.

“…hey…you didn’t see anything just now, did you?” 

Susie asked, she glanced at Host from the corner of her vision. They didn’t respond however, and I didn’t push them to say anything either. It’d be better if they kept their mouth clammed anyhow. Susie fell silent as well, though, the silence only stretched for a couple of minutes. 

The dinosaur lifted her nose, as she softly hummed. “…You can’t even say.” Susie turned around to face Host, her smirk was gone. Host kept their gaze on the floor, surely staying quiet wouldn’t provoke Susie. She hadn’t done anything, but she surely was intimating. “Kris…” Susie mumbled, her smirk returned as she started to walk towards Host, on instinct they started to back pedal slowly.

Host backed up until their back met against the flat surface of the locker. I stay frozen to my spot, even if I try to move, I can’t. “Hey.” Susie said, Host squinted as her hot breath hit their face. She slinked her hand onto their shoulder, to which Host tensed up in reaction. Susie leaned in a bit, as if to add to Host’s already uncomfortable manner.

“Let me tell you a little secret.” 

Moments after Susie said that, she gripped Host by the shoulder before lifting them up and slamming them against the locker, a loud thud followed. It echoed through the walls, and my ears. I feel...paralyzed, what’s happening? Why can’t I move? I want to help, but…I can’t. [[DO NOT INTERFERE.]] Why? Somehow, I am still glued to the floor, my feet refuse to move. I can feel how shocked, and frightened Host felt, as their heart rate increased from anxiety.

“Quiet people piss me off.” Susie snarled, she held Host against the locker, they kept their head down. “You think just ‘cause you don’t say anything…I can’t tell EXACTLY what you’re thinking?” Susie snickered, Host made no move to break free, why aren’t they moving? Why are they just taking it?

“It’s OVER! I caught Susie eating ALL the chalk! This was her LAST chance! Now she’ll FINALLY be expelled!” Susie said, mockingly. Host didn’t deny, or confirm any of her outrageous claims. Why, why aren’t they moving, why aren’t they saying anything? Perhaps they were just too shocked.

“Haha...c’mon...Kris, don’t act shocked. You know it’s true. Everyone’s waiting for it, everyone wants it, and I’m sure that you’ll do it, wouldn’t you? To impress that bratty sister of yours?” Susie’s grip tightened, even though Host made no move to escape. They hung like coat on its rack. Susie snickered before continuing, clearly she found Host's silence funny.

“So, congrats, Kris. You got me. I’m done for.” Susie said, her confidence prominent. Host said nothing, they did nothing. I’m not sure if this boosted Susie, or bothered her, but she continued anyhow. “Just, lemme say one little thing. Seems like a waste to get expelled just for having a snack. So, Kris, if I KNOW you’re gonna pull the trigger...”

“Why don’t I just get expelled for some REAL carnage? Kris...tell me...how’d your pretty little sister feel...” Susie’s voice trailed off for a moment. She spread a toothy smile, revealing all her yellow stained teeth behind her lips. “…about you losing your face?”

What? What was that supposed to mean? What was she going to do? [[DO NOT INTERFERE.]] The purple scaly monster slowly opened her mouth, she used her other hand to hold Host’s face directing to her mouth. She slowly eased her way towards them, ready to take a nice big chomp out of their face. But she suddenly stopped, and dropped Host. They fell to the ground like ragdoll. 

I sigh, in absolute relief. Thank the stars...

“Nah.” Susie said, she put her hands into her pockets before turning around, and walking away from Host a bit. “Kris, you’ve got a good family, a good mother. It’d be a shame to make her bury her own child.” The mean girl said, she snickered to herself. I’m not even sure if her words affected Host at all, as they still made no motion to even look up. 

“Alright, let’s get this over with. We’ll get more chalk. Mosey on back to class. And then, Kris, YOU’LL do our project. How does that sound?” Susie turned around, so she could look at Host.

“Actually, don’t bother answering. If you haven’t gotten it by now, it doesn’t matter. Let’s go, freak.” Susie said, with much malice. She walked ahead. I’m suddenly...able to move again. I quickly dash over to Host, who is still on the floor. 

‘H-Host...are you...are you okay—‘ I’m startled as Host swats my hand. I jolt back, and gasp onto my hand. ‘…ow.’ I mumble, in confusion. ‘…why…did you…’

Host stumbled, but they managed to stand up. Their hair is now rather messy, from Susie’s rough handling. They shake their head a little bit, and dust off their sweater. They don’t seem to be injured, which is a good thing. I just assumed they didn’t want to be touched. Completely understandable. 

‘Host…are you okay? I’m…I’m sorry I wasn’t able to assist you…I um…I was...’

“It’s…okay.”

Host mumbled, they rubbed their head. ‘Are you alright?’ I ask, I can’t help but feel worried. Host nodded, they just seemed a bit shaken up. “I’m…fine, this is normal.” They replied, they seemed used to it. That wasn’t a good thing, behavior like that was completely unacceptable. What did they ever do to Susie? 

“What’s taking you so long, freak? Get a damn move on already!” Susie shouted, Host groaned, and ran after her. 

‘...’

‘...’

I follow Host, everything will be okay.

notes: I've been waiting for another iida fluff request because that's the only thing I can do properly <33 This one isn't bad but I had to cut it short because my eyes were burning. Also, I didn't use pronouns that much but I tried my best

you fell for him because of his personality

you just always noticed that he's always cared about his friends and people that he's close to

(yes even bakugou even though he's a menace)

you knew you liked him since this one specific instance

you guys were taking a walk in the park together because he walked from dorm to dorm to ask everyone in the class if anyone wanted to go, and you were the only person to agree

it got chillier as you guys walked, so you were trying to conceal the fact that your teeth were basically chattering

of course, iida knew that you were cold because you were slowing down and your energy wasn't the same as it was at the beginning of the walk.

that was when the typical "Oh you can have my hoodie" "No, won't you be cold?" "I don't really get cold" conversation happened

I bet he was so awkward about it that it was cute

so more like

"would you like my jacket? if not we could always just head back early so you don't have to be as cold."

if you say yes, he'll be so relieved because he knows that he didn't make you uncomfortable so you guys wouldn't be any more awkward.

now, how did he fall in love with you?

good question really

it took him a while since he regularly confuses romantic feelings with platonic feelings (or maybe even thinks it's a sickness)

he then read a book about love and what it feels like and how feelings like that can happen

after that, he was sure he was in love

and he couldn't stop wondering why the way you style your hair looks so good

or why your eyes looked so amazingly captivating that he couldn't look away

you guys get together when iida accidentally somehow spills out how much he loves when you tell him stories

he definitely asked you out first because he has no shame to do something he thinks people should consider normal

also, it was in a book that said "The worst that could happen is your love interest says no, but don't keep asking them out after that because then they think you're creepy"

he's all like "y/n, your outfit looks extra handsome today, would you like to go out to dinner with me?"

he totally told his parents/brother about you while he was crushing, so his brother told him to just ask you out just like the book did

when the class found out you were dating, they were all like "finally, it only took you guys so long"

if anyone asks iida why he loves you, he could go on for days, but please stop him because he needs his voice to help the class keep order

he's all like "well, he's always cared about my opinion on things." he only pauses in between his reasons because he needs to know that the unfortunate listener processed it

notes: sorry this took so long!! this one kind of sucks so I'm super sorry about that. it was a great request, but I think it has something to do with the execution of it

you and iida would always go to the library together

that's why he would've had no clue where you'd gone

because you go with him :(

but you like the library so much that you could go twice in a day without getting bored (honestly same)

either way, he'll get all panicky and tries to ask everyone else if they've seen you around, and they say no and brush it off

while they're busy not caring, he starts a one-man search party with himself

he texts you almost a hundred times, but you didn't answer it because your phone was silenced so you wouldn't disturb anyone in the library

he checks your location on Snapchat, which he normally doesn't do because he feels like it's an invasion of privacy

that was how he found you and he was so happy about it that he almost forgot the library rules were to not talk

so he was all like "Y/N!! WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT RUNNING AWAY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING!" and then he'd get quiet and apologize for yelling

he isn't really mad in all honesty

he's just super happy that he was able to find you and that you were okay

after this, he'll be checking where you are if you aren't with him

he loves having the security that you'll still be there when he wants to see you again (and that for any reason, you were not in any physical pain whatsoever)

he also just loves you in general

he'll say "tell me where you're going before you go somewhere so I know you're safe" right to your face even if it would be embarrassing for others to say so unbashfully.

he says a lot of things like that because he doesn't see the point in covering up the fact that he cares about you
