So I started a fitness Insta so I can mentally hold myself accountable because I know ppl will be watching me. I was super nervous to do this because who isn't self conscious about how they look and what people think. So I figured putting myself out there and being vulnerable would force me to stick with it. Cause to be honest, some days I want to give up and sit on the couch and eat whatever I want to. I've been going strong for 3 months and I don't want to give up. I think procrastination and laziness is inherent in our society today and I don't want that to be me.
