1. Sleep Well.
Sleep is really important it changes our mood and has a big effects our performance try to have a specific time for sleeping.
2. Drink Water instead of Sodas and Juices.
Almost everything we consume has calories Soda and Juices are usually high in calories it really doesn't matter if its light or not, it's still high in sugar and a fresh juice is always a better alternative anyway but it consuming calories in the form of food usually helps you to get fuller unlike drinking but it does not mean that you can't enjoy your life from time to time and you will find that you actually enjoy it more.
3. Reduce Fruits at night.
Fruits are usually high in sugar which is why it is better to be consumed earlier in the day as you don't want to have sugar just before you sleep.
4. Focus on Slow Digesting Carbs.
Quick Carbs sources like fruits, breads and cereals are great but when you are trying to reduce your weight its better to reduce them so your body gets chance to burn other sources of energy. remember over here I am not saying you need to cut them you just need to reduce them.
5. Walk more.
A lot of people idea of walking is to walk from the car park to inside the office or shopping mall. Walking is actually a great way of burning fat so why don't you try to get few more mins of walking maybe even at the park a bit further and walk a bit more as a first step.
6. Dedicated Workout time.
Blocking the time allows you to be committed and have a routine to workout and remind you that you have an obligation at that time and keeps your mind ready and prepared for the workout.
