This wasn’t Heath’s favorite part of the job. If he could be a recording artist and have everyone leave him alone, he’d be perfectly content. But, he understood that wasn’t how the industry worked. He’d spent his entire life around recording artists and with interviewers constantly asking for his father’s attention. As much as he hated it, it was a necessary evil.Â
Greeting the radio personalities that approached as he walked down the hall, he quickly found Studio B and walked in. He was still wondering why they’d all been looking at him with such surprise in their eyes. If for any reason, he figured it was because he didn’t travel with an entourage. In fact, he didn’t even travel with a manager or agent. Heath was in complete control of his career. He liked itthat way. Closing the door of the studio, he smiled and offered the beautiful girl in front of him his hand. “Hello.. I’m Heath. It’s a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for having me.”
