Adventuring, kinda
Adventures seem so easy. Get a quest, raid a dungeon, fuck shit up along the way. Easy. But there’s always a hiccup, usually right near the beginning. Organizing. Especially when the people in an adventuring group have extremely different ways of doing things.
“I say we simply break down the door and storm our way in,” Justinia suggested, as she always does.
“Justinia, no. We don’t know these people are evil, and we can’t afford yet another door repair,” Novel said, looking over the map of the surrounding region.
“Novel is right. We can’t just burst down the door and demand information. We have to talk it out, make them think it’s a great idea to tell us everything,” Xarvull, now going by Raszire, pointed out.
“Listen, that’s all fine, but we ain’t gonna be able to walk in. This could be a trap. We need a local, someone who knows if this duke is on the level,” Delnor said.
Justinia climbed onto the table and looked around. “Anyone looking to make some memories and a bit of gold?!” she shouted, causing Novel to shake her head.
