STARCH PROCESSING PLANT

VACUUM SALT PLANT

The SSP plant refines vacuum salt by dissolving salt in water and making a saturated solution of salt.

The saturated brine is pumped out to a brine clarifier, where the insoluble settles at the bottom of the clarifier and clear brine solution is taken to a brine tank.

Chemicals are added to precipitate magnesium and calcium then brine is filtered in the final tank.

Brine is fed to the continuous evaporation plant where crystallization takes place and slurry is pumped out to a concentrate pump.

The salt is passed through centrifuge, it is then fluidized, sieved and finally stored.

DAIRY AND HONEY PROCESSING PLANTS

Starch Processing Plant: The sweetening industry had to heavily rely on beet sugar and sugar cane extracts till starch began to be used as the best sweetening alternative. The clear brine solution is then added to a brine tank, wherein chemicals are added and it is then further exposed to the process of crystallization followed by fluid bed dryer transfer to complete the iodisation process in the vacuum salt refinery process. This removes dirt and makes salt edible for the food industry.

Instant Tea Plant: Tea extraction plants offer the finest quality of instant tea through a rigorous process of extraction, waste separation, evaporation and spray drying and vacuum drying of the fresh green tea leaves; usually from Camellia Sinensis plant. Low temperatures are maintained during the entire process to maintain maximum aroma and flavour.

Honey Processing Plant: The moisture content of the honey is the primary deciding factor in the entire process of collection and processing to ensure moisture reduction and maximum retention of its helpful natural properties.

As we all know, one kilogram of cassava starch requires 4.4 kilograms of fresh cassava roots at its starch content of 25%. In China, the large-scale cassava starch processing facilities with advanced processing machines and technology have been replacing those primitive and small-scale factories.

 According to the studies, the cassava production line processing methods could be divided into two processes; traditional and modern. Their details are as follows: The traditional process, usually practiced in the small-scale factories, is able to separate starch from fresh cassava roots by crushing and then submerging the cassava under the water. Most starch factories buy cassava roots from growers in their neighborhood, directly or through agents. Some factories, however, own their cassava plantations. Modern processing plants usually contract various growers in the area to supply roots.

 The modern process, practiced in the large-and-medium-scale factories relies on numbers of highly efficient cassava starch production line equipment and machines; Grinding the starch with the high-speed rasper.
