Her bed had become nothing but her one comfort since this overwhelming sorrow had engrossed her whole being. Lying there, secluded from all the drunken nonsense she was previously involved in, she was now left alone to argue amongst herself and her thoughts. The conversation amongst the two quickly set in. “Should I call my ex love?” Said Makennas brain voice. “No!” stated logical Makenna with a very stern voice! Makennas brain quickly objected stating, “Drunk words are true feelings from the heart, call him!” Logical Makenna, confused at this point, pondered upon this. She was now sunken in bed sulking while she reminisced amongst memories! Holding her phone in hand, with his contact pulled up, her fingered hovered over the call button. Mesmerized by just seeing his name on her phone screen, she took a deep sigh. She had come to a conclusion, but a reluctant one at that. Knowing it was for the best, she shifted her finger from the call button to the lock button on the top right corner of her phone. While doing so, she sighed deeper than before. She slowly, but surely, put the phone down. With the yearn to still call remaining, she resisted it with all her might. Solemnly, she rolled over and drifted into a drunken, deep sleep. The end.
