Rovix tweeted an English notice informing fans of how they can level up to “ST★RLIGHT” on the fancafe as they couldn’t do it the same way as those using the Korean site.

Here’s what you have to do:

Email [email protected]

Title the subject [Your Country] Full Name

Content: Name / Phone Number / Registration Date / Interpark ID / Daum ID / Month of birth

Attach a screenshot of your reservation confirmation

Example (from the fancafe): KIM VIXX / 010-1234-5678 / 12.21 / vixx0524 / vixx-starlight / 05

Period: December 21 2016 2:00PM - January 11 2017 11:59PM KST

Notes:

Level up will not commence until after the recruitment period.

Your fancafe ID is your DAUM ID.

You can find what this is by going to the daum homepage, log in, click “내정보” next to your name, then find “내정보 관리” on the page that follows (you may be prompted for your password) and you can see your ID displayed next to the field “Daum 아이디”.

Your “Interpark ID” is the email you use to sign in to Interpark.

Your phone number must be the one you used to buy the membership.

The same with your name.

An example of how to write the month of birth, if you were born in February, please write “02″.

If there is anything wrong concerning your level up Jellyfish will contact you via your Daum account so please make sure your account is open to receive emails from other people. To check this go to VIXX's fancafe, click "내 정보", then "수정", and then make sure "전체메일" is ticked under the "수신설정" field and then click "수정" to save your changes.
