I'm trying to be really strong for myself. I need to focus on breaking this terrible habit of always talking to my ex. It only hurts me in the end.

I'm not pretty ,I'm beautiful and if you can't see that than you sould see me though my eyes . See with in my heart and soul ,see and under stand all I been though how I use to hate my self I could't look in the mirror at time can't stand to hear my voice , how I finally learn to love my self. How people has treated be badly though the years ,how I react to people bully me and such, how even when I hateds my self I stound up for my self . how I stand up for people that may hate me,or those I'm no longer friends with and how I stand up for my friend and try to make sure there happy even when I'm not happy and try to tell me I'm not beautiful after all that but rather you see it or not I'm still beautiful .

I can stand up for myself. I don't need you to defend me every single time. Don't need to get into my conversation when I'm talking to someone. Like really? It pisses me off & I just can't tell you though because you'll think of it way different
