It was rare for Lord Vladimir to leave his estate and mingle with the throngs of Noxus but on occasion, the Blood Lord saw fit to visit the city that had sprung up so unexpectedly near his abode. The undead servants whom he commanded could perform simple shopping tasks and were trustworthy enough when it came to the upkeep of the castle, but anything more complicated than that taxed their lifeless brains. Attempting to impress upon them the difference between eggwhite and cloud had been a waste of a half hour, resulting in Lord Vladimir finally deciding that if he wanted the perfect shade of white for his curtains, he would have to choose them himself. Thus, he had attired himself in his armor and swept out of the mansion. The large, black charger in the stables was saddled and waiting for him, black mane braided neatly. Lord Vladimir floated himself up into the saddle, then rode down to the waiting city like an emperor coming home. The crowds parted, less for his large horse and more for the clearly inhuman creature that rode the destrier. His white hair streamed behind him, a bleach-boned banner, and his eyes glowed red as he swept them over the crowd. He had meant to come down to purchase new material for curtains but he could see if there was someone to his tastes as well. Some pretty-faced boy or girl, full of vitality, whose life essence would taste almost as delicious as their agony. His power rippled through the crowd, Lord Vladimir tasting them delicately. Dull, boring, weak, frightened -- and then, suddenly, a flavor he had forgotten because it had been so very long since he’d sampled it. It was almost wholly different, the faint touch of familiarity nothing more than a single drop of chocolate in a gallon of milk, but Lord Vladimir commanded his horse to cease its elegant trot. His gaze roamed over the assembled people until he saw a dark-haired young man at a stall whose life essence practically glowed with the same light as Lord Vladimir’s own.
“You,” Lord Vladimir called out imperiously from his horse. “Come here.” And if the boy didn’t obey, Lord Vladimir was going to simply levitate him into the air above the crowd and float him over to the horse. @stainedblades

Talon and Draven MAY get along on some fronts, but they completely disagree on most things. Draven’s egotism definitely gets in the way of forming any kind of decent relationship with most people and, because of that, him and Talon wouldn’t really be able to form anything more than a tolerance or small acquaintanceship with one another.
On another hand, Draven does spend a lot of time around Cassiopeia sooooo maybe I can see them crossing paths one way or another. That, or I can see Talon maybe perched somewhere in the arena just watching Draven work and probably criticizing him after it all like “why not just kill them instead of making them run from or at you?”
In which case Draven just laughs and says that’s not his style or some dumb shit like that.
