The power of crystals. My 4yr old daughter hasn’t slept in her room in months and only slept there on and off. She often shared with me that she sees spirits and she is afraid. So I teach her about her light body and we run a little visualisation so she feels her energetics and sees them. Normally I lie hours next to her as she falls asleep or go to bed with her. Tonight got after an afternoon of crystal gridding she decided that we grid her bed and also mine in a 🔯 formation using clear quartz, rose quartz, selenite and black tourmaline and a record keeper in the centre and she sent me to bed - no cuddles no story telling no hours of stroking.
