“Pspsspsspss.” she called out to the ‘animal’, standing up from her desk and picking up a pen, then, after aiming, tossed it right atop the biggest crate that would make a perfect sitting spot for a person.

11. Have you ever received anon hate?
Once, haha! I have only gotten a single message! They wrote that my character was horrible and all kinds of things! This was back in... 2014-2015 maybe? I wasn’t annoyed by it, in fact, I knew Maddy was anything but perfect so I actually reached out to the anon and told them that I was dad they didn’t like my character, but if they wanted to help make her an even better character then I would welcome their pointers. I opened up to them, told them that they could have the opportunity to help me make something better and something that was more plausible and less cringe-worthy and that I always appreciated ways people could help me shape Maddy. In short, I went at it with a kind attitude and a big smile. Several months passed, the anon wrote again and apologised for their rude message.
I told them it was really no problem and that I forgave them, but I was, of course, still interested if they had ideas to how to improve Maddy as a character :)

depends on the character i guess?? i don't rlly find drawing in any particular direction more difficult than other, but in general i usually default to 3/4 views, left or right.

No matter how much Dell tried to be friendly with his coworkers, there was always something just off about his interactions with others. He found men who would shroud themselves in secrecy especially unsettling, and being near them would exhaust him if he wasn’t already doing something else. Such a thing would be playing a song to pass the time, the sound of his guitar serving to soothe his own nerves as he sat on a crate. This felt good. This felt right.
