SEBS eases modestly after weeks of steady pricing
SEBS moved Rs 2/kg lower in the latest weekly assessment after holding unchanged at Rs 322/kg through most of July. Indian SEBS prices in the Delhi domestic market closed at Rs 320/kg on 29 July, down from Rs 322/kg a week earlier. The latest adjustment marks a modest change following several weeks of stable trading, keeping the overall monthly pattern largely intact.
On a fortnight basis, the market is also lower by Rs 2/kg, while the monthly view remains broadly steady. SEBS prices in India had traded close to the recent high around Rs 322/kg for most of July before easing to Rs 320/kg. The latest assessment is now positioned near the recent low around Rs 320/kg, leaving a narrow Rs 2/kg range between the established low and high.
The three-month comparison continues to place the market within a relatively measured trading range, with daily movement remaining limited through the period. Indian SEBS prices show a contained short-term structure, with support around Rs 320/kg and resistance near Rs 322/kg. These levels provide procurement teams, buyers, and sellers with clear reference points for tracking fresh weekly assessments and measuring any changes against the established July range.
