in this day and age, it's kind of insane to try filming anything but live news in gotham. which she supposes is why someone with as little capital as roman bridger is doing it. the lot is cheap, if you don't get insurance, or pay the protection money. clearly roman did not opt for either option. there was an arkham breakout, like, three hours ago, and it's raining cats and dogs, and the power just went out in the studio.
which maybe wouldn't be immediate cause to start panicking, but-- this is gotham. and roman didn't pay his protection money.
