I've been watching Stranger Thing theory videos from creators that I generally appreciate and I have been following for many many years and I should not be surprised but oh my God you can clearly see the heteronormativity and honest misconstruction of key season 5 moments (flashback scene + Robin speech anyone?) alongside the damage that Game of Thrones has done to their expectations for the show. Like... at this point I think they're in for a very rude awakening, they are completely misconstructing the very genre of the show.
