I'm really feeling the accessories in these, and I used a vintage scarf on Hopbear's hat (full 'fit coming soon...), made a wristband from pink ribbon and and a black bead and a bracelet using jewellery chain, and used another armband from an actual festival I went to, so here's some detail shots (nobody use this as an excuse to zoom in reeeeal close on Joe's belly, nuh-uh, nope... 👀)

I'm sure we all remember Joe's sl*tty S5 premiere outfit with that painted on black shirt, wh*reish leather jacket and sinfully tight jeans...? I figured Joe Beary deserved his own moment on the red carpet in a bear version of that 'fit, complete with handcuff-looking details on those pants. Eddie would be so proud 😉😜
And because we all enjoyed him jogging past the crowds with that 🎂cake🎂 he so kindly brought to the buffet, I memorialised that moment too...
(Of course I found some better spectacle options for him after I'd done the original pictures 🙄)

Yes, the Build a Bear obsession is still obsessioning, and today I have a number of Steves to share with you 😄 🐻
First up, Upside Down Steve. I can still remember my joy when I realised I could swap out Eddie and Steve's clothes and make a shirtless, barefoot (bearfoot? *groan*) Steve 'fit. I can't find grey trousers anywhere, so tattered light wash denim will have to do. I even found a little torch in my charms stash, so behold, UD Steve 🫲🫱
Next, Preppy Steve. We all remember him from S1, and even if he was a little bit of a d!ck he still had his own style.
Finally (for the time being, did you spot the 'pt 1' up there? 😜), Christmas Steve. I couldn't resist the ST sweater when I saw it last year, and I thoroughly enjoyed pairing it with Steve's preppy polo and his chinos to recreate this stylistically-iconic moment.

Professional secrets revealed: Preppy Steve's outfit was way too loose, so I got creative. How do they make too-big garments fit models mid-photoshoot? Like this, of course! (This is absolutely true - don't believe what the pictures tell you kids, you're all beautiful 😘🥰)

Date Night:
Eddie's gone all out for your birthday date, because of course he has 🖤 He's found a pair of jeans with the fewest rips in, a plain black tee (it has buttons, which he says means it's fancy; he's even tucked it in...), and he's cleaned up his usual leather jacket, wearing it without his trademark vest. He knows you love his handcuff belt, but he's chosen a plainer one tonight to look smart for you, and he's cleaned and polished his combat boots especially.
When he arrives (a whole 5 minutes early!) he presents you with a gorgeous bouquet of red roses. You don't ask where they came from, lest you become implicated in a minor crime, but you adore them, and him. You also appreciate that he's chosen a red bandana to match the flowers. He has on his usual jewelry, except his middle ring has been switched out for a dragon because the boar's head's tusks get tangled in your clothes, and the crucifix is now one in the shape of a cat because it reminds him of you. And he's proudly sporting the new dragon pendant necklace that you gifted him as well as his red guitar pick.
He takes you to Benny's for burgers and milkshakes, splashing out the extra for curly fries and extra cream in your shake. You enjoy a movie at the drive-in, some horror flick that he knows you'll love, and then you spend the rest of the night at Lover's Lake, gazing over the water. You talk about everything and nothing, something and anything, lazily planning your fantasy future together, unknowing that Eddie is more invested in your discussions than you can possibly imagine…

Bear: I love this one because he fits Argyle so well - he's slightly taller than all the others, and his fur is lush and soft, so in character, right?!
Outfit: Argyle would totally love, and seriously rock, bright, colourful cycling shorts 😀, but I also wanted to try to find some slightly more canon-adjacent baggy pants for him, and these are the most voluminous pair I currently have. Perhaps one day I'll start making my own bear clothes and find some exquisitely funky fabric for him 😁 He also needs a visor or a baseball cap, but I just can't seem to find one that's not really boring his style!
Props: This facsimile blunt is the first thing I've rolled in absolutely years, and TBH I'm pretty stoked with how it turned out 😄 It's made of polyester stuffing, tissue paper, cardboard and glue. I made his necklace from cotton thong and a shell a friend sent from South Africa. The bracelets are left over from when I made jewellery. I like to think Eden made them for him, the yellow and white beads to remind him of the Californian sun 😎 and the thinner one with the heart charm as a love token ☺️💛

Pride month seems so long ago now, but here's a ST bear project that I've been working on for a little bit. This is a gift for the absolutely tremendous @steve-loves-eddie as a plushie-based tribute to her excellent fic Forbidden Fruit (18+), specifically a pivotal scene in Chapter 2 which painted a picture in my head which still hasn't left (extract below). I missed out their ripped jeans 🙈, but other than that I'm pretty pleased with how they came out and I really hope everyone likes this ☺️🐻

Extract: They’re outside in the sunshine, his bandmates are wearing ripped jeans and black t-shirts with Ally screen printed in rainbow colors, and there Eddie is in the middle…wearing the tiniest little black cutoffs, and a shirt that’s cropped just under his chest. His stomach is toned and he’s got this slutty little waist and a trail of dark hair leading down into those shorts that should seriously be illegal because what the fuck. His shirt, if you can even call it that, says Sounds Gay, I’m In. Behind them is clearly a float from the Indy Pride Parade and the caption at the bottom says, “One of these things is not like the other. Happy Pride bitches!”
