It’s recently come to my attention that against all odds the New Directions have managed to secure a place at the Nationals. While I am delighted to offer you all my heartfelt congratulations on what surely must have been a fluke of the scoring judges, nevertheless I look forward to seeing the look of pure awe on all of your young faces when you see what Vocal Adrenaline has in store for what will no doubt be a triumphant return to the Nationals stage. To the graduating class of your rag tag team of misfits, congratulations on surviving what will no doubt be the most successful years of your otherwise miserable existence.

Hunter sat on one of the benches that lined that side of the hallway. He was typing away on his laptop. He was trying to race the low battery symbol in the corner to finish up what he was doing. He had forgotten his laptop cord at home and wanted to finish as much as he could. Finally the screen went black. “FUCK,” he cursed, not noticing someone walk by.
