First day up at the mountain this season and I’m so happy I made myself get up here. Shout out to everyone for the messages of encouragement, meant a lot. Once I got to the hill I instantly remembered that there’s more than just the riding I love when I was instantly treated by friends I hadn’t seen in the off season. It’s the friendships, staff and location that truly enhance being up here. Having a solid day in the 70’s with perfect blue skies didn’t hurt either. Eased into it and ended the day buzzin looking forward to the next one. Today was brought to a hault by a broken shifter. Following some of the dues through a fun jump line and next thing I know my hands getting beat to hell by something.
