What exactly happened to ds!squiddo? Did she go into the farlands and die by environment? Get lost in the farlands? Consumed by them? Killed by a cryptid? Become a cryptid? Die in a big fight? Or is she just in a hole somewhere because she tripped and now everyone thinks she's dead?
The End is feared not for the dragon that circles the huge island at its heart. No, it's feared for something else entirely.
For the dragon may be powerful, yes, but she is only a fragment. Any Player with enough mettle and a good bow can take her down.
The End is feared, rather, for the Void. It is primal, hungry, ever reaching. Any Player who missteps and falls into the yawning abyss will never come back. No, the Void will swallow them whole, destroying them so utterly that they will never be able to respawn, no matter how powerful they are.
Unless
Unless someone has messed with something they shouldn't have
Unless someone went places no Player was meant to see, met things no being was ever met to meet
(let alone befriend)
Unless that someone left to fight the dragon
and falls into the hungry abyss
and the places they've been and creatures they've met has glitched their code so irreversibly
that all it would take to Change them is a little nudge:
Unless the glitches and power boiling just under the surface of the world took a liking to a Player
Unless that Player did not want to die
Unless that Player refused to die
unless, in a place so malleable and with code so broken,
there was nothing else that could happen but them surviving
(but you cannot defy death without paying a price:
do you know how hard it is to touch the Void and come back alive?
after all, with such a great change of every fragment of your being,
