splatoonwiki.org/wiki/Sa… The tidbit with the Octo-Trade was apparently said in an Famitsu interview in March this year. The translation says they trade Powereggs for tech. It would explain why we find so many of those eggs in the singleplayer levels. So it is a bit odd that octolings are in SalmonRun now.

Honestly, I’m kind of a basic bitch, so it’s either Calamari Inkantation or Nasty Majesty... though Nasty Majesty is a bigger fave, tbh. When the Octo Expansion dropped, I listened to that track nonstop for three hours because it is just such a BANGER

I've been playing sploon2 for a while now and I gotta say I really miss the old specials Maybe I just suck at the new ones but besides Splashdown and Baller I haven't really managed to make them very useful? Stingray's alright I guess but take Ink Armor for example. It takes an extra hit to splat someone but that's about it The Tenta Missiles are pretty easy to avoid and the Ink Jet makes you a giant target Idk so far I'm kinda meh about it them all I suppose
