Kio met Niki when he was coming out of jail one day (lul) but he had been moved to a different, more high security jail so he was coming out into a town didn't know with no belongings or friends or even his lusus.
He kind of just wandered around and Niki took him in, Kio started helping Niki around the house and shit and they ended up just going clubbing together and bangin gorls and doing Druggoz and all that party shit. Niki like, kinda raised Kio in a way, or at least got him back on his feet since he was around 7ish sweeps when they met.
