Currently watching the Watership Down BBC mini-series on Netflix with the squad.
We just finished part one and I really am enjoying it so far, which is a surprise.
You have to understand, the book was always banned where I lived growing up, and as I got older, not knowing anything about it, I never really was given any incentive to try reading it.
But @lady-kiitsune and @becauseimrichandican‘s joint passion for it and the fact the BBC miniseries is only on Netflix for a limited time has led to today’s stream. This is my first foray into Watership Down, and frankly, I’m enjoying it. I may give the book a shot after this; no reason not to try.
