~ The Norwegian spruce ~ Spring has exploded here in Norway, the last few weeks, sun is shining between one rainy day and the next one, and the big norwegian spruce in my garden is finally growing some sprouts. Actually: a lot of sprouts! ~ Some days ago I read about @fru.skraasikkerbakken making a syrup out of those green sprouts and I decided to give it a shot. ~ The result was amazing!
