Design Sprint 3 🤔
As a result of Design Sprint 1, I realized that rather than just physical interactions, there is a mix of digital interactions that also come into play. By analyzing the patterns of physical interaction in the first sprint, I realized many of these ties are bound by certain types of “connectors,” which when not relevant anymore, tends to cause the relationship to fade.
With this sprint, I wondered whether digital interactions were important in maintaining and facilitating the relationship. From this I also theorized that with the loss of “connectors” that the relationship tends to weaken.
I used a digital interface that deconstructs the relationship “connectors” into different tags that can be filtered through. The same 150 relationships from the first sprint were expanded on in each screen.
From this sprint, I did notice some trends and patterns in my relationships with many being mostly female and around a similar age group. The stronger relationships have a good balance of digital and physical interaction. These relationships also tend to have a lot more connectors whether it be similar interests, backgrounds, or mutual friends or connections.
