SB Day 3
This is actually yesterday's workout. Ab-centric reps for an ab-tastic body. (yea I just said that)
3 mile run
3 reps of 25 situps, 25 leg-ups, 30 sec wall sit, 10 horizontal jumps followed by one final rep of 25 situps, 25 legups.
I've been getting hungrier recently. I think that's a good sign? I've also been eating peanut butter pretzels. So maybe the new constant hunger is not a good thing.
