Pumpkin butter
Oven roasted some sugar pumpkin. Which dried it out, so now I know why the recipe said to roast it whole (it just felt so weird I couldn’t do it!).
No progress pics ‘cause it’s a food processor then freeze deal (you can’t can pumpkin, don’t ask me why it’s just a thing and you can’t), no aesthetic at all, so sad. Anyhow, it’s essentially spreadable pie.
