and even then this excuse isnt seen ANYWHERE in the part that actually talks about having "canon characters"

and so my character SHOULD be allowed up. i dont have ANYWHERE that this is a direct au/re-upload of d3rlord3. its inspired obviously but i dont state anywhere this is a direct au. hell my guys NAME isnt even the same, its called "dyr" in canon not derek/d3rlord3. plus! the design is very different from the skin/character cause last time i checked, Derek isn't a centaur!

and they say in the rules that "and a profile/design that reflects they're intended to be individual from the canon character and are not literally the canon character" should be able to be uploaded but then two lines later say "We do not moderate visual similarities" so which is it???? because the other characters in that SAME FOLDER arn't taken down, just dyr.

this extends to other people ass well!! there are multiple OTHER cbc (character based characters) of the same character THAT ARE STILL UP and haven't had any issue. some of them are/were ADOPTS BEING SOLD AS WELL! which is ALSO stated in the same rule that isn't allowed!!!!

(dont go after these people they're just examples. they have nothing to do with my situation and shouldn't be harassed that's why iv blocked out names and watermarks)

and im sure mine got taken done specifically because of the name being "d33rlord3" which is close to "d3rlord3". but i still find it ridiculous that characters named just as close like "avery/aubrey" and "dear lord" get to stay up or designs that are just as close like mine get to stay up as well.

even ADOPTS being sold for MONEY that have a similar name and EVEN TAGGED WITH "d3rlord3" gets to stay up but not my PERSONAL oc/story that i use for roleplay isn't.

and even if they had a problem with the name there could've been a message or notice asking for a name change. instead of taking down the whole character and forcing me to take my art and delete it, over a name change.
