🌙 Meet Toby Cavanaugh. He is an 23 years old Human and looks a lot like Keegan Allen. Toby is a sherif deputy in the town of Beacon Hills and is not a part of any pack. Fortunately he is currently AVAILABLE 🌙

Biography:

To sum up Toby’s childhood in one word, it would be tragic. He grew up with a mentally unstable mother, who later got sent to a mental hospital, where she eventually committed suicide. His mother’s death had a big impact on Toby’s life, his mind plagued with the thought of how could she ever leave him? Unfortunately it wasn’t until he was older that he found out that his mother was most likely pushed instead of jumping from her window.

His father eventually found a new wife, whom he moved in with, and Toby was forced to follow. He found himself to be the step sibling of Jenna Marshal, who began to take advantage of him sexually, threatening to make him take the blame if her ever told anyone about it. Another tragedy followed, leaving Jenna blind, and Toby in prison but eventually free from her hands.

Although Spencer had been apart of causing his sister’s blindness, after getting to know her, Toby found himself falling in love with her, and they two became a strong couple. Yet as he entered the police force, and worked alongside Jordan Parrish and Mr. Stilinski he came to know about the secret world of the supernatural creatures. He was surprised to find that his girlfriend had been a part of this world, without letting him in on it. In his frustration, fright and pain for her not trusting him, he decided to break up with her, needing some time to process this new information.

Personality:

At first, Toby seems closed off. Which is probably true. He is a man of little words, but is extremely observant, making him a good police officer. People often see him as cryptic, but the truth is that when you get close to him, you are most likely friends for life. He cares a lot about those he loves, and is a great friend because of his empathy, he often sees people’s true colors and understands others well. Tolerance is an important aspect to him, and he accepts people as they are, unless they are just genuinely bad people.

Relationships:

🌙 Spencer Hastings: His relationship with Spencer was the first real relationship Toby ever had. They both loved, and still love each other like any couple would, however, when Toby became aware of the supernatural through his job, he decided that he needed a break, feeling betrayed that Spencer would keep that part of her life a secret from him. He still loves her, and is starting to understand why she kept it hidden. Now he is considering to take her back, if Spencer still wants him.

🌙 Jordan Parrish: Parrish is Toby’s partner at work. Although Toby doesn’t quite consider him a friend, he appreciates to have someone around who knows about the supernatural, and is protecting the town from it. He is aware of Jordan’s identity as a hellhound, and is trying his best to help figure out his friend’s new life.

🌙 Caleb Rivers: His roommate, Caleb Rivers is also his best friend. He got to know him through Spencer’s best friend Hanna, and the immediately hit it of. They both were trying to start over, and escape from their past, so the two decided to move in together. Toby is aware of Caleb’s ex true identity, but accept that Hanna wants to keep it a secret, although he personally thinks it is better to tell him.
