#misha collins #castiel photo op #spnnj24 #spnnj #i am so in love with how this came out #i only bought the op ticket sunday morning and couldn't figure out what to do #then i thought PIZZA #had it delivered to the expo center #Misha's expression journey as Cas when I handed him the box was PRICELESS #he studied it silently in full Cas mode turning it all around and for a creation photo op i ended up with a fair amount of time #to fondle the coat #because yes i am shameless

So...my first SPN Convention happened over the weekend, and I'm still trying to find the words and emotions for everything.

In my head, I knew the ops go quickly, but I still felt like a deer in headlights when it was time to get a photo with J2 and Misha. My planned poses never quite got there. And so, I'm still in the process of trying to like my pics lol.

First, let me tell you -- Misha Collins' photos don't do him justice. He is gorgeous. I don't usually get starstruck, but I had a hard time looking at him during my Cas photo op when I asked him to heal the pain in the back of my head (an op that was gifted to me at the con by the way-- thank you ladies!)

My favorite moments were Misha's Good Idea special, J2's panel, and the wink I got after Misha signed my auto.

I am so proud of Misha for sharing deeply personal memories that can be described as heartbreaking, unhinged, and hilarious in "Misha's Good Idea..." He is a fascinating man, and I continue to have deep admiration for him.

Anyway, I'm trying to overcome post-con depression and be grateful for the opportunities I had this weekend and being able to share it with my new friend, Ding. We met in FB group a few months ago, looking for a hotel roommate for the con. Now that I know what to expect, I hope to experience it again in the future.
