Here's my inspiration + motivation contribution to Day 15 of #GetYourSplits Challenge with @stretchitapp and @upartists. Stretching can be a slow progress, but don’t give up! Try to increase your mobility by testing your range of motion regularly. Go only as deep as your body allows and don’t give up if some days you feel stiffer than others. Take progression photos to track progress. Consistency will help you to increase general range of motion and allow you to keep what you gained between deeper stretches.
