No Splits in the Winners ~
Congratulations to @fractured-infinity, @illharg-the-rave-boar, @mistershinyobject, @snugz and @tmstage! Also, TM, hope the “fusion” turned out okay :P
@fractured-infinity - Devour // Devastate is in stark contrast to the card below, but the synergy between the splits is spicy and powerful, certainly powerful enough to be a great bulk commander card and a limited all-star. RG tokens is a great build for sure, or even as a little pump, it’s fun to play with either side! Both are situational and developed well, playing together and apart. Small check: should be “its” on Devastate.
@illharg-the-rave-boar - Devour // Develop is quite a fun little card. Fans of Devour is super powerful at instant speed for sure, a great finished. I think that fans of Develop will love it as well in grindy GW decks around the kitchen table. The stark contrast between concepts, cards, and costs make this an intriguing card for sure.
@mistershinyobject - Holy // Hollow is a great, great sideboard card to me. Even in limited, though, a grindy deck that can Hollow out of the blue - or a Dimir mill deck, holy schnikes - is pretty intense. I like how multiple Holy-s will buy you turns enough to make the Hollow-s more effective. This is a great design because both sides are one-offs, powerful effects that can’t be repeated easily, or at least that don’t want/need to.
@snugz - Fluff // Flutter is probably one of my favorite names here. And this card? I’m a little blown away by how good of a common it is. The token is roguish and hauntingly scary for a turn-one, while Fluff is a fantastic defense card, and then if you have something to pump, or sacrifice... Two tokens for one mana seems strong, maybe even a little too much for some people, but at sorcery speed for no power, well, I think the right environment can justify it. There’s a lot to say about this card.
@tmstage - And then we have the opposite of simplicity with Wander // Wanted. This is definitely what hybrid was made for. There’s technically nothing wrong with either side, except maybe that Wander should give Morph to the card it turns face-down (because that’s a wee bit too much), but it looks so WEIRD. Like, REALLY weird. What deck wants to play this? No idea. But I can imagine the whacked-out environment that has, like, a cycle of these at rare and people are just scrambling around the weirdness. I personally love it, and I feel that it should be showcased here as a cool design. Whether or not it could ever make it into a set is, uh... Up for debate, shall we say.

I’ll be taking photos all day tomorrow, so commentary might be late, but I’ll try to queue things and we’ll see where we go. Tally ho, and thanks for all the entries!
SPLIT DECISIONS FINALE
Rita did indeed show up to the park she wondered why the hell she was here as she took a seat on the bench, it was cold, but dry thankfully. She waited, it was past noon. This was getting annoying. She wondered what the hell was she doing here in the park waiting for some random person who she happened to hear on the phone. She was just about to say screw it and she got up to leave...
***
???: Ah, you did indeed show up looks like you were serious after all.
Rita nearly had a mild coronary.
Rita: You the guy on the phone?
???: I am.
Rita: What the hell is all this bullshit? Sneaking about, how’d you creep up on me?
???: Lets take a wander over to the chess table huh? We can talk there, and we’ll look like two people just having a game of chess.
Rita: I’m not going anywhere till I know who you are what the hell is going on, and wh...
??? *sternly*: Mrs Kapoor. My time is precious. I have many leads to pursue, I came here for information and nothing more. Either we talk shop, so to speak, at the chess table or we don’t talk at all. We’re doing this my way, since you need my help.
***
(big thanks to @igglemouse for giving me this idea!)
Rita followed to the chess board and sat down with him as they started to play.
???: Tell me what happened. Do not omit any detail.
Rita: I had a falling out with Kyleigh’s “sister” the one she was cloned from, Kyleigh decided to come to my house dressed up like Lyra and then she attacked me. I did... provoke her, I must admit. But I thought she was going to kill me.
???: Doesn’t matter if you did. They are monsters to be exterminated. Only then, can the Order of the Sun finally allow the moon to rise. But its interesting to know Kyleigh has some thoughts for others... curious. Tell me, what did you say that provoked her to rage? And how did you know of us?
Rita: I told her she was a hypocrite that she lusted after Bob Robinson for years and he constantly rejected her. She didn’t like that. I don’t know where she lies low, but, if I had to guess he does. Bob knows. And she uh mentioned you in passing. Thought it was odd what she said...
???: I imagine he does, and it seems she cares for him too... Bob Robinson might just be the key to ridding the world of one more Vampire. And he’s proved he sides with her, that makes him an enemy when he assaulted one of my men. Normally we have rules about taking actions against humans, but, as he aided her when we nearly had her in san myshuno park, I consider Bob Robinson her thrall, or her familiar, call him what you will. He will be the bait that brings her out. Do you have issue with this?
Rita: No. The order of the sun can do what its gotta do.
