Finally got around to doing some redesigns for Thunder in his family in the series Dreamworks Dragons: The Nine Realms series.
I'm still not interested in watching the series, but for a possible unpopular opinion I DO like the coat colors of the new Night Light characters. If only they were drawn in a better art style that wasn't so blocky with gross overly detailed textures. But anyway, that's what I was planning to achieve with my art here by recoloring a bunch of my old Fury art.
Also just for the record, if I ever rewrote The Nine Realms it would ALSO follow my Hidden World rewrite where Night Furies DIDN'T go extinct, so that's why with these redesigns I was a lot more liberal just mixing and matching various Night Fury + Light Fury traits (well as much as my re-imagined LF species borrows from the canon version)
