I've been seeing a lot of Paralives stuff since it's getting me so hyped buuuuut imma bitch about some things that kinda piss me off about one "opinion" I've seen.
I simply dont get why some people believe that free DLC is a bad idea. Why are you so Sims 4 brained that you think its a bad thing??? Now dont get me wrong I too was once suckling at the teet of EA like "yes mega corp here's 60 for access cows" but I dont think that's a good buisness model at all!! Many indie games have been successful providing free expansions/dlcs through the years and they still have a thriving beautiful community and game.
I'm already spending around $55 dollars for this game when it comes out. The idea that I dont have to pay anything else for stuff like weather and pets for example is a MASSIVE relief. Especially in this economy where I dont want to spend thousands of dollars to basically own everything the game has to offer then not use over half of it most of the time.
I think it'd be nice if maybe Paralives provides maybe a toggle if people dont want certain elements of expansions to show in their game.
Like lets say supernatural creatures gets added in like vampires, werewolves, witches and faires (yes this is a massive want for me personally) players could have a toggles for no supernatural creatures showing up in game or only certain ones like witches only or witches and vampires.
Im really excited to see what Paralives has to offer when it comes out and i am going to be sooooooooo annoying when I get my grubby lil hands on it >:3
