These photos are from our most recent visit. The electrical work is about 95% complete—we still have a few finishing touches once the remaining trades wrap up. So the last visit, we’ve added: • New can lighting in three rooms • Closet can lighting • Upgraded the upstairs game room with directional gimbal LED can lights for better flexibility and lighting control • fixes the pantry and laundry room door jamb switch boxes The project is turning out amazing, and we’re excited to see the final result. While the original plan wasn’t to rewire the entire house, we discovered old cloth wiring with no ground, which doesn’t meet current city code requirements.
