Something that today that I -never- expected, I received a package from Amazon that I DEF didn't order AT WORK, gift wrapped was a thing. Mind you I have never ever ever received a package of any sort and I'm surprised. let alone a, 'im thinking of you' thing.This package came with a card, ' Happy Birthday Melissa, From Kurt' (this coworker is a liiiiiitle creepy but im happy to have casual conversations with). And it is literally the most thoughtful thing that I have ever received. He knows that I love Star Trek TOS, and got me this amazing/silly book,

I've never had someone approach (or mail me) me with a, 'I'm going to surprise you with some thing you dig' kind of deal ( and he remembered/new/cared about my birthday!!?). Let alone, Im going to get you something that suits your interests to a 'T' perfectly. I am so grateful. Not to mention that my bday isnt until Wednesday but I just have a history of shit Birthdays and I'm just kind of done with trying. I literally held this or had this beside me most of the day. I can't get over the amount of kindness that was shown.

And in addition i was able to see so many friends today because of My roommate angelica and just chill and watch the animus and relax and eat be happy in their company.
