What a fuzzy little angel of a tiger moth! Looks like either a Virginian tiger moth or one of the others in the same genus, Spilosoma.

A fat, fuzzy, and happy caterpillar perched on an ironweed leaf! The long hairs of many caterpillars make it hard for them to be swallowed by birds, requiring them to develop special anatomy or behaviors to keep the caterpillar from getting stuck in their throat. Despite this, tons of birds specialize in eating caterpillars such as the Yellow-billed Cuckoo which prefers to feed on tent caterpillars, most of which are very fuzzy. In nature, if there's a will, there's a way!

Look at this new-to-me caterpillar!! Found on a black cherry :)
update: It's a dubious tiger moth caterpillar! This is the first time it's been observed in Georgia on iNaturalist, and there's only 257 observations total!!!
