"Summary" Arpeggio Chapter 174

Me at whatever ircumstances caused the original commissioner not to be able to commission any more chapters (also my C key is kinda broke so if there's a C missing sometimes you know why)
Basically the gist of the first few pages is that the... minister president (?? the dude in the pic in the suit) is arguing with the military dude about how they (military) put the president under house arrest and it's just aconversatuin about what we ended last hapter with. We all know some part of the USA is being shady as hell and this is just the same thing continuing yada yada yada
Then we switch back to inside Hakugei and this dude
visits and tells the Hakugei people "hey, I know a hole in their encirclement you an esape through" and then explains.
We then switch scenes to Mr president and either wonders if he should go to Oslo, I think.
We then swith scenes again to Hashirajima where they are installing something on I-401 that I THINK is a new engine but made me go Flagship Equipment!? the first time I saw it. It's also called "Ama no Iwa Fune", so something along the lines of heavenly ship
