Mmnnnggh now thinking of someone who doesn't get to eat a lot at all finally being put in a situation where they are offered food. It's small, maybe a sandwich or a biscuit or something, and they're so eager to finally eat that they take it and wolf it down. The downside is that their tummy is so not used to having food in it, even something like the average ham sandwich is something it struggles to take in and digest. Their stomach starts to rumble and gurgle after the first few bites, and in the short couple of minutes it took for them to finish, they are stuffed full from just that tiny meal. There's a growing ache right between their ribs already, and they can't help the burps that escape their mouth as they try to find some relief. They lay back, rubbing the tight knot that is their stomach, as their eyes droop shut. Visually, they're definitely don't look full, but they sure do feel like it; their body is clearly trying and struggling to adjust to what they ate, punctuated by their shallow panting and sinched brows. You join them by letting them lay between your legs, their head on your chest, as you move their hands away from their tummy and begin to gently rub it yourself, trying to get their digestion going more smoothly and coaxing gassy belches from their tiny, stuffed tummy, along with moans of approval (and pleasure).
