This Asian-inspired noodle salad is a flavorful and satisfying dish with a spicy peanut sauce. It's a perfect combination of textures and flavors, making it a great addition to your meal repertoire.
Ingredients: 8 oz 225g Asian rice noodles. 1 cup shredded red cabbage. 1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers assorted colors. 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber. 1/2 cup shredded carrots. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves. 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. Sesame seeds for garnish optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the rice noodles until they are al dente. To cool them down, drain and rinse them with cold water. Put the cooked rice noodles, minced red cabbage, sliced bell peppers, cucumber, minced carrots, chopped peanuts, cilantro, and mint leaves in a large bowl. To make the Sriracha Peanut Sauce, mix the following ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk: 1/4 cup peanut butter that's smooth Two tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce taste and add more or less to suit your taste 1 tablespoon of honey 1 minced garlic clove - One teaspoon of grated ginger Add the Sriracha Peanut Sauce to the salad and mix everything together until it's well covered. Put some of the salad on each plate or bowl to serve. If you want, you can add sliced green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve your Asian Noodle Salad with Sriracha Peanut Sauce right away and enjoy it!

Instructions: Prepare quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable. Lay the softened wrapper on a flat surface and add a small amount of quinoa in the center. Top with shredded carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, cilantro, and mint leaves. Fold the sides of the wrapper and roll it tightly from the bottom to form a spring roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. For the spicy peanut sauce, mix together 1/2 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sriracha, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Serve the quinoa spring rolls with the spicy peanut sauce for dipping. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Put lime wedges on the side and serve.

Ingredients: 1 pre-made pizza dough. 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce. 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup pickled onions. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into the shape you want. Cover all of the dough with the Thai peanut sauce. Spread the pickled onions and zucchini slices out on top of the sauce. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables. Place the pizza in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Before you serve the pizza, take it out of the oven and sprinkle it with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
